Our Training is Anything but Basic

91ÃÛÌÒß¹ offers a variety of career training programs — online or in-person at our New York and Los Angeles campuses — to make it as easy as possible for you to fit culinary school into your busy life. 

Our online programs include: Culinary Arts & Food Operations and Plant-Based Culinary Arts & Food Operations (online Pastry & Baking is coming soon). Our campus-based programs in New York and Los Angeles include: Culinary Arts, Plant-Based Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Restaurant & Culinary Management and Hospitality & Hotel Management (New York only). Students enrolled online and those attending in person in NY or LA can earn a diploma. Students attending in LA have the option to pursue an associate degree. 

In just seven to 16 months, you could get a firm foundation in the discipline of your choice, either from the convenience of home or by attending an 91ÃÛÌÒß¹ campus in NY or LA.

We are proud to offer US military veterans tuition discounts. 91ÃÛÌÒß¹'s career training programs are approved by the New York State and California Approving Agencies to offer students:

  • Post 9/11 GI Bill® educational benefits available to veterans and other eligible parties from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). 91ÃÛÌÒß¹'s diploma and associate degree programs in Culinary Arts, Plant-Based Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Restaurant & Culinary Management and Hospitality & Hotel Management are eligible.
